The Uses for Sage Essential Oil

There are several uses for sage despite the fact that every other Hollywood horror movie, sage is used to ward off evil spirits.

Not entirely true. It has health benefits which are antifungal, anti-microbial, antioxidant, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, antibacterial, cholagogue and choleretic, digestive, disinfectant,  expectorant, laxative and stimulating  according to organic facts. https://www.organicfacts.net/health-benefits/essential-oils/sage-essential-oil.html.

What caught my eye is how much these benefits pertain to relieving menstrual cramps. In 2011, a clinical trial in Korea concluded that an aromatherapy massage is even more effective than Tylenol as a natural alternative medicine.

You can drop 5-10 drops of clary sage essential oil and applying it to your lower abdomen and lower back. Allow it to absorb into your skin like you would apply moisturizing lotion then repeat 2 times a day if still needed.

I think that aromatherapy should be a new notion in American lives because we are so prone to depend on these low grade doctors that will just prescribe us anything when it comes to usual pain relief.
